Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope

These terms apply between AIOR TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“AIOR”) and anyone who visits the aiorvision.com website or uses the AIOR Vision customer portal. By visiting the site or using the portal you accept these terms. AIOR's full identity and registry data are in the “Service Provider Details” section at the end of this page.

The commercial terms of the services are set by the signed contract, which prevails in any conflict.

2. Definitions

• Site: the informational pages at aiorvision.com.
• Portal: the customer portal at aiorvision.com/portal, used after signing in.
• Customer: the organisation that has a contract with AIOR for the AIOR Vision service.
• User: a person for whom AIOR has opened a portal account on the customer's behalf.
• Production data: the cycle, part/barcode, weld and OEE records created on the customer's stations and shown in the portal, and the 3D part models.

3. Use of the Site

• The content of the site is provided for information, to introduce AIOR Vision; it is not an offer or a binding commitment.
• Nothing is sold through the site; provisions on distance sales and the right of withdrawal do not apply to it.
• The information you send with the contact form must be accurate and your own.

4. Portal Account

• Portal accounts are opened only by AIOR, for the people the customer authorises; there is no self-registration.
• An account is personal; it may not be shared or transferred. When a user's role or authorisation ends, the customer informs AIOR and the account is closed.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account and access details confidential and for using a strong, unique password.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, report it immediately to hi@aior.com.
• A session ends by itself after 4 hours without activity and at the latest 12 hours after sign-in. Five failed sign-ins in a row lock the account for 15 minutes.
• AIOR may suspend or close an account on suspicion of misuse, a security threat, the customer's request or the end of the contract. For security-related suspensions, notice is given as soon as possible together with the remediation path.

5. Prohibited Use

The following are prohibited on the site and in the portal:

• bypassing, circumventing or disabling security controls;
• attempting unauthorised access, using someone else's account, password cracking and session hijacking;
• unauthorised security scanning, port scanning, network sniffing and penetration testing;
• launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or sending automated requests that overload the site or the portal;
• scraping data with automated tools or bulk-downloading portal data;
• attempting to access another organisation's data.

6. Production Data and Confidentiality

• Production data belongs to the customer; AIOR processes it only to provide the service.
• Reports and 3D part models in the portal are the customer's confidential business information. Users may not share them with third parties without the customer's permission.
• When the contract ends, the customer may export its data within a reasonable period; after that the data is deleted, except where retention is legally required.

7. Nature of the Service

• The portal shows a copy of the station records that is transferred to the server at intervals. The data is not live; transfers may be delayed or have gaps.
• Availability and support targets are agreed only in a signed contract.
• Planned maintenance that affects the service is announced in advance.
• Detection and measurement results shown in the portal are decision support and do not replace the customer's own quality records and approval processes.

8. Intellectual Property

• Rights in AIOR's software, trademarks, designs and documents belong to AIOR; using the service does not transfer those rights.
• Rights in the customer's production data and part models remain with the customer; AIOR processes them only to provide the service.
• Texts, images and logos on the site may not be copied, reproduced or used for other purposes without AIOR's written permission.
• For third-party licences, the relevant vendor's licence terms apply.

9. Liability and Force Majeure

• AIOR's liability towards the customer is governed by the provisions of the signed contract.
• The site content is prepared with care but is for information only; AIOR cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of site content.
• In force majeure events (natural disaster, fire, war, cyber attack, decisions of public authorities, widespread power or internet outages) obligations are suspended for the duration of the impediment.
• These limitations do not affect liability arising from intent or gross negligence, nor a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

10. Personal Data

Disclosure on the processing of personal data, your rights and how to apply are set out in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice; the cookies used are described in the Cookie Policy.

11. Changes and Notices

• These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page together with its effective date.
• Material changes to users' detriment are notified to the customer's registered e-mail address a reasonable time before they take effect.
• Notices are sent to the registered e-mail address; the registered e-mail (KEP) address is used for formal notices.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For commercial disputes, Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
