The same records at the station and remotely

Weld records are followed on the station screens; the customer portal shows a copy of the same records to authorised users over the internet.

Station screens

They run on the station PC next to the welding cell.

Part in Progress
The 3D model of the part being welded, with recorded weld points in red and the others in blue. The table beside it lists the welds in the order they were made.
Average Weld Heat Map
How often each weld point was recorded per part in the chosen period (hourly, per shift, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), shown on the model with a colour scale.
Most Welded Points on Average
Weld points ranked by their average number of observations per part.
Production History
The list of parts. Selecting a part opens its own 3D model, its recorded welds and a table of weld times.
Traceback
Scanning a barcode opens that part's recorded model and welds by itself.
Dashboard
The station's production summary and median PLC cycle.

Parts produced, median cycle, OEE factors and weld records per part, by shift, day, 7 and 30 days.
Capability Study
A planned 50-point weld trial; the results and confidence intervals are saved as a PDF report.

The customer portal is for the authorised users of our contracted customers.

Data in the portal is a copy of the station records held on the server and is not live; the time of the latest data is shown in the portal's top bar.

Production History
Parts listed by date or part ID; for a selected part, its 3D model, recorded welds and weld times.

All records of a barcode and the part's own 3D model.

Parts produced, median cycle, OEE factors and weld records per part for this shift, today, yesterday and the last 7 and 30 days.

The portal is open only to people with an account.

Accounts are issued by AIOR
There is no self-registration; accounts are opened for the people a contracted customer authorises.
Personal and tied to an organisation
Each account belongs to one person and sees only its own organisation's station data.
Session rules
A session ends after 4 hours without activity and at the latest 12 hours after sign-in; there is no “remember me” option.
Protection against failed sign-ins
After 5 failed sign-ins in a row, the account is locked for 15 minutes.
Encrypted connection
The portal runs over HTTPS only; the session cookie is not readable by browser scripts.

You can change your password on the portal's Change Password page; if you forget it, write to hi@aior.com.
